The woman named Kat Caranto finally broke her silence about the issue.

On her Facebook account she clarified everything. She claims that she is really the one in the picture because she used to be friends with James but then she cleared to everyone that she's not in a relationship with James Reid because she's already happy with her relationship with a man named Nestor and that they are already blessed with a baby boy.
