CLICK TO WATCH THE VIDEO. Last night, it was reported in 24 Oras that Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista slapped an alleged Chinese drug dealer.
According to GMA News, the Chinese National, named Xu Zhen Zhi was caught by members of the drug enforcement group in Philcoa, Quezon City on Friday.
The Chinese suspect was spotted of just having one bag of illegal substance weighing 1 kilogram on his passenger seat but the authorities were surprised that there were more bags hidden inside his car. The Chinese National carried a total of 10 kilograms of illegal substances, amounting 15 million pesos.

QCPD Director Chief Supt. Richard Albano said, "Even 10 slaps are not enough to pay for the crimes that will be committed under the influence of drugs," wondering how many lives will be ruined because of the 10 kilos of shabu.
