VIRAL VIDEO: 7-Years-Old Boy Climbed a Coconut Tree to Save Himself from the Flood During Typhoon Lando in Central Luzon

A 7 year old brave boy was caught in a video climbing a coconut tree to save himself from the flood has earned the netizens' praises and admiration.

According to reports, the boy and his mother was hiding in a bomboo sheet. He was urged by onlookers to rush climbing the coconut tree and he did. He was eventually rescued. His mother later found out didn't survive the flood.

In this video clip, the 7 years old boy, climbed a coconut tree to keep himself safe from the flood of the overflown river that washed away their house this morning.

Heavy rains was due to typhoon "Lando" that triggered widespread flooding in some areas in central and northern Luzon.
